Reminds me of Track 16 from SAWII. Coincidentally, a few months back I listened to it while I slept and it brought me to an abandoned water refining facility or something. A real old one made of concrete with primitive machinery. Either way, once it got to the second half of the song, I got to a room with a droppoff where the floor got about 10 feet lower, and it was filled with water. While the grimy walls of the dim facility rippled with water-light reflections, those odd sounds started playing, and somehow I knew it was coming from under the water. There were some species of animals living there; making the noises, but I wasn't sure what.

I just find it strange that my mind would relate those sounds to aquatic animals, and then hear this and discover that seals make a very similar call.
