Who is your favorite band / artist of all time?

It could be electronic, rock, shit polka who cares. Just be honest.

Tough decision, so I have to pick more than one. Since I have one foot in rock and one in electronic music, I would say that Nirvana is probably the ost important band for me, and a band that brings out a lot of memories about partying, buddies and girls. Aphex Twin should also be mentioned. I would probably have two rock feets if it wasn't for him.

The last ten years Autechre has always had the highest rotation on my stereo with frequent quality output. The same with the norwegian band Motorpsycho. World class prog.

up until 2005 it was the prodigy. Since then, autechre have taken over.

Currently, might be a toss-up between Elliott Smith and Tallest Man on Earth.

Give him another fair chance and you'll learn to love it. Plus, pay attention to his lyrics, they're amazing.

For me it's between Ozric Tentacles and Steve Roach. I have to give Ozric alot of credit because I've been listening to them steadily for soon 12 years. But Roach is a fairly new discovery for that has been given alot of rotations the last 3 years.

If you can truly answer this question, you haven't heard enough music yet.

Danny, I don't agree. I've been manicly collecting music for the last 10 years. From 18 years of age, til now, 10 years later. And I can honestly say there's a few artist that does stand out. Just because I can answer the question doesn't mean I appreciate other artists. There's alot I like in fact. But some artists have been in rotation more than others.
