Fahtacon

Hello!

Over the last years I've made some plugins using Synthedit without any intention of sharing any of them, but one of them has been expanding over the last two years and I have decided to give it away for free. In terms of looks it resembles the Synthacon kind of (or at least I tried), and it has loads of modulation options and features. The download package comes with some goodies;

* Two versions of the synth, one with a delay effect built in and one without it for use in FL Studio. So far, only FL Studio doesn't seem to like the delay effect.

* A little manual

* A synth demo cassette recording

It seems Synthedit isn't liked that much here and there, but do give it a go, maybe you'll like it.

A lot of the synth action, including the nasty bass in this track was the FAHTACON.

I'd try the synth if there were an AU version. :) Is it possible to make one with synthedit?

Sadly, they are not planning on making a mac compatible Synthedit version. Have you tried something like a VST to AU adapter like http://www.fxpansion.com/index.php?page=5 (even though this one is paid)?

I can't seem to unpack it "access is denied" :( Maybe because Winrar doesn't work? I'll try something else.

Access denied? Are you unpacking in windows 7? It might detect the .dll files and think they are harmful or something.

Try unpacking them in your documents dir perhaps

Yeah for some reason it's possibly harmful to unpack and release something malicious into your direct C:\ root or anywhere beyond, but it's alright in My Documents because that's located in a different universe..

Which Vermona thing? The lancet?

There will eventually be a preset bank that comes with it, in a newer version. Since there's demand for it..

like the sound of it!! nice stuff.

would like to see the knobs turn with linear motion, not this awkward mouse turning stuff.. can't get used to that.
