Ha, same here. Stared at this one, and the red one a lot.

I can always tell the outline of the shapes and I can see the depth, but usually I can't tell wtf I'm supposed to be looking at in magic eyes

I used to hate Magic Eyes cuz I couldn't see shit in them. Now I can only see them by getting really close to the picture and moving slowly away from it and the stupid picture appears.

there are no black dots. the illusion works best if you focus on any white dot, many other ones will appear black when doing so
