Just a quick demo arrangement.

Turn up your sound system and let it rip.

At first I thought the spoken word section at the start went on too long, but if one looks at it as a soundtrack type of thing it works, with the actual music bits being like a couple of cops cruising around in their copmobile through the slums at night.

i know it's just a demo arrangement, but i feet myself wanting more of a drastic change when it kicks back in after the breakdown. maybe a different bass line, or a heavier drumbeat, something..
