Guest naos
After listening to Analord 09, I wanted to hear more 909+acid around 140bpm. Unfortunately, I was unable to find more than 3 tracks. I would like to make a strictly "909" mini mix for Saturday but am unable to find tracks where 909 really cuts through, as dominant component in the track. I'm looking for more technoish-acid tracks. Thanks in advance. p.s. sorry if I am posting in the wrong forum, but since I know that many of EKT-ers are on friendly terms with tr-909, I thought I'd give it a shot. Thanks a bunch! "Acid Tape" is a bit too fast, but great choice anyway. Guest
There are so many Ceephax tracks that do actually use the 909, why did you use that as an example? just off the top of my head; Reveal hidden contents http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m4G6osRMPgA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JZDoLljnFVc http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=comByHW3fJU http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AYXppFkgnNI http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LPeb0mvlQNM http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bpDjhrccx8U Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/69997-tr-909-acid-tracks-wanted/#findComment-1695449 Share on other sites

Because it's hard for me to hear the difference sometimes. For 707, Tambourine and cowbell are usually a giveaway for me, but I often mix snares, kicks and hihats sometimes. Good enough? Thanks for Ceephax clips! Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/69997-tr-909-acid-tracks-wanted/#findComment-1695455 Share on other sites
awesomeperson
Hardfloor has many 909 tracks but they also use sometimes like in this case other drum-machines. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3kV4Nw0PtNs Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/69997-tr-909-acid-tracks-wanted/#findComment-1695457 Share on other sites

Well, since you're on the lookout for 909 tracks, just know that the telltale signs of the 909 are the bassdrum, the snare, the toms, and the rimshot. get familiar with those, and the 909 gets pretty obvious in songs. Guest igloos unlmtd
Underground Resistance is the answer to your question. Here are a few tunes I think you will like, but check out the more melodic stuff too, like Final Frontier. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZselyL2MusM http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ara593b0K8A Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/69997-tr-909-acid-tracks-wanted/#findComment-1695721 Share on other sites
