I thought of this, too, but where the hell are his (or their) parents? Why are they allowing such a terrible brat to be in charge of not only their own, but other children as well? Either case is a field day for CPS.

The person recording isn't his mom. Somewhere during the middle he says "maa me quieren empujar en el pastel" which menas mom they want to push me in the cake. The person recording is most likely his sister. HOLLAAA!!!
