Winter is approaching, so I want to experience the best out of it. Music is a vital part in that process, that's why I'm asking you for the coldest music ever. Obviously in the ambient style, like:

or (the obvious):

Post yours, thanks.

Damnit, my two suggestions were the ones you put in the first post ... Hmm possibly the Richard Chartier / William Basinski collaboration album -

Though it's possibly more a really-damp-night-in-late-autumn than cold winter.

I haven't eaten a Wagon Wheel since 07/11/07... ilovecubus.co.uk - 25ml of mp3 taken twice daily.

Thomas Köner - all

Shuttle358 - all

Biosphere - Cirque; Man With A Movie Camera

Deathprod / Biosphere - Nordheim Transformed

Higher Intelligence Agency & Biosphere - Polar Sequences

Pjusk - Sval

Tomasz Bednarczyk - Let's Make Better Mistakes Tomorrow

Taylor Deupree - Snow (Dusk, Dawn)

Robert Henke - Layering Buddha; Signal To Noise

Netherworld - Over The Summit

Loscil - Coast / Range / Arc

Lawrence English - For Varying Degrees Of Winter

Kyle Bobby Dunn - Ways Of Meaning

Fabio Orsi - Winterreise

Some of these aren't necessarily glacial sounding.

Unavoidably imprinted into my mind from the time I used to spend listening to The Spirals of Time, as I waited for an adjoining bus in tundra-like conditions.

"Huwal (In the Presence of God)".

Thank you people at watmm for these kind of topics. Immediately got hooked on a few recommendations here that I didn't already know. Here's my 2 cents, it wasn't on youtube yet so I just uploaded it:
