Is this what getting old is like

So i went out last night and got fuck outta my brain. Drank 6 cans then got a christmas gift of a 70cl of vodka and drank that too. I went out again tonight and usually thats all cool and the gang because my bodies like a brick shit house and I can drink for days. But I really felt like fried poo that whole time I was drinking, my stomach wasn't having any of it. I still got drunk but I was quite cautious of it the whole time.

If I get old, is this shit gonna happen more often and get worse. Cause its not on. I dunno whether or not the fact that I smoked 12gs of tobacco has anything to do with it. My organs feel like shite

nah if you were old, the mere thought of going out two nights in a row would make your hangover even that much worse. plus your hangover would really kick in around 10 or 11 in the morning and last until you woke up the next day. and you wouldn't want to miss jeopardy either.

i'm not even that old but i have 3 day hangovers

I've been going through exactly this shit today... I was mega drunk until 7am on thursday night/friday morning, then I felt shit but I got back on it last night which normally would make me feel amazing again, but I ended up being sick which never happens to me. I drank through it but then woke up this morning feeling like a serious testicular tumour. I need a break. I used to be harder than this.

there's nothing worse than a hungover pint and shit tasting roll up whilst freezing cold, sitting at a picnic bench in a beer garden

i reckon smoking has a lot to do with bad hangovers, i just smoke continuously when i drink.. everything tastes crap after thjat

Yeah, well, I can drink a 40oz of vodka, smoke a couple packs of cigarettes, screw some stranger in her apartment and wake up just a tad sluggish and tired, waiting until the clock hits 3 or 4pm so i can have my hair of the dog/new night. I do this every night with your son.

also, the sugar content of the drink. port/liquor/strong belgian beers all mess with my blood sugar and stuff when i overdo them, i'll be extra dried up and energyless.

I've been cutting back on the whiskey lately and just drinking beer. If I even get a hangover, it's usually not bad.

i feel you. mid 30's. not enjoying the drinking anymore. but I see guys in their 40s drinking and smoking and they seem to love it

I like weed. I like what it does for my body. my mind turns into a self hating machine though. So that's out too

smoking is def a big factor. if I smoke a cigar while drinking my hangover is increased tenfold.
