Xhin - Sword (Stroboscopic Artefacts)

This is probably one of the few relases from this year which really ment something for me and pushed a lot of emotions free.

I can't believe there is not already a thread for this.

This reminds me a lot of Clarks Turning Dragon. Expect some harsh, IDM-y techno with a lot of nice detuned synthesizer work.

I also got his debut LP "Greyscale" from 2008, but it is quite disappointing cause it's just some generic, quite normal Techhouse. Huge progression from this to the Sword masterpiece, you should really check out.

My ears don't like this album

I found it very boring tbh

I liked this album a lot but perhaps for nostalgic reasons. Reminded me of the things I like about old IDM but in a 2011 context.
