im not gonna beat around the bush here...

since this track only had a limited vinyl release im assuming that its cool to talk about versions that are hanging out around the internet.

ive found 2

1) that mp3 320, starts of with a bit of the "jive ass producer" bit cut off and ends with a 30 second silence. "Ok" sound quality.

2) another FLAC one... that seems to be great quality, we also get the full 4 repetitions of the "jive ass producer" bit. This one would be the definitive one but since its a vinyl transfer it has a couple of "skips" on the track.

also, i believe that both versions that our available digitally dont represent the FULL QUALITY of this track.

does anyone know if these are available to purchase digitally or do i seriously have to just accept these two versions?

i have to say, at first i hated it! but after a few weeks of not listening to it the thing just kept repeating itself in my head.

now i LOVE it... that and Clarks Massive Attack remix have been keeping me comfy through out the year.

has anyone compiled his remix work?

I have 320, decent quality, with 40 seconds of silence at the end and 3.5 jive ass producers. Haven't even seen the flac one.

I think I may be the source of the higher encoded version, I believe it was wav originally. The silence at the end was a part I forgot to cut off when I recorded the vinyl. The beginning did always sound a bit cut off to me, along with the Bibio track, which may be a result of my turntable. I uploaded the versions to YouTube right after record store day under my username ckmack25

I have the vinyl. If my preamp comes soon, i might rip it.

would be awesome if you could make a WAv or FLAC rip that really does right by this song.

Yeah I felt that as well. But I'm sure Clark can do a better take on (generic) dubstep/metal.
