I'm looking for an old DX plugin

I THINK it was called "Pi" at any rate. It had a greenish interface, with 4-5 vertical sliders. It was sort of like a bit crusher, but not exactly. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I used to use it for MANY years with cool edit, but I finally lost it last year....
