Real constructive.

It is dumb that people make some pretty out there assumptions based on little or no information. That's how rumors start.

Well you could either say that or say nothing. It doesnt come off well calling people dumbass'.

You realise your repping mu, indirectly.

I think this sort of thing (producers releasing a combination of "on their own" downloads as well as "label" releases) is pretty much the future of music industryness, honestly. I mean it's not just these artists, there's Ochre, Astrobotnia, Posthuman, etc, etc, who are all doing this now.

I kinda like it. As far as Mu it seems like they've slightly broadened their scope but more than that it seems like they just aren't releasing quite as much stuff recently. I mean for a while there they were just putting out piles and piles of stuff. Like, much more than other labels were. It seems like now their schedule is a little more sane.

Yeah Bandcamp is a perfect solution for putting out stuff that maybe you don't want to try to fit into an album you have going for a label or you simply don't want to wait for the publishing/distribution. You can just put some tracks up and acquire currency now.
