Does anyone know the sample in this tune?

Sorry for the noobish question but i hear this sample all of the time and this is just a particular example. its a vocal sample (cant clearly make it out) and it comes in at about 5 seconds

on another note. this guy makes killer tunes, his juke stuff (chrissy murderbot) is quite decent!

the song: lyn collins, "think (about it)"

the voice is actually in the background of the source track , around 2:15 into it

pitch up that part of the track, and it should be clear as day
