Rape samples in Cock/Ver10

There are a lot of strange samples in Drukqs. For example, in Taking Control with the unknown woman shouting "Lorna, Derek, Rich-ard-ard-ard-ard, Sarah!" and "Arm, leg neck" (no, that's not a mishear. Check out the stereo difference in that song, that's what she says)

But there is one sample that really bothers me. I was reading an article on Drukqs and it described Cock/ver10 as "complete with ejaculation sound-effects and rapist samples..." And on SongMeanings, one of the comments says "the samples are mixed in with the snare hits it sounds like grunting sex noises".

What the fuck are these people talking about? Are they taking the piss? I've listened to the entire track multiple times and I can't find an definitive answer. The closest thing is the samples on the stereo track from 4:19-4:27. I isolated the stereo difference and it sounds unnervingly like what a woman would sound like sobbing and choking at the same time. But maybe that's just my imagination.

Another would be the infinitely perplexing Gwarek 2. has anyone figured out what Richard was going for here? Has he said anything about it? It sounds like people having crazy, painful sex in a warehouse if you ask me.

Also, another Drukqs oddity:

Avril 14th is 'flipped', for lack of a better term. I find it distracting to listen to this tune with headphones because when he plays the high keys, you hear the soft pressing sound on the left, and on the right with the low keys. As everyone surely knows, pianos go low to high from left to right, not the other way around. So it seems that the stereo track was flipped the wrong way somewhere in the recording process.

Either that, or he just recorded it with the mic facing him as he played, rather than facing the piano. Or he recorded it from inside the piano.

Looking for meaning? Damn, I thought this was about back-engineering Richards' Richly samples corpus.

Listening to drukqs again, I can not understand why he hasn't released more of his mad wizardry.

I did this with the drums on my track Altered Plug. I've been a drummer most of my life so I wanted to make them sound the way I would hear it while playing (behind the drums) rather than standing in front of them. Perhaps he wanted it to sound like/or actually did record with the mic facing the piano like you said.
