Gary Turbo's debut LP, Real Men, a collection of guitar-based ambient mood pieces, is at turns serene and unnerving. It is brittle and pliable. It is warm then less warm. Then it is warmer. It is on the verge of collapse and it is wearing new shoes. Then it is only slightly warmer than previously stated. It is underwater, then it is doing a potato sack race on a distant satellite. It tastes of salted meats.

My mate made this album and I'm not sure if this is the place to post it, but it's really nice stuff, and a free download to boot. If you like nice noodly ambient guitary droneish things then get this. Released today for all the world to enjoy.
