The full-length version of Nastyfuckk sounds great. It's labelled as acid juke - it never ocurred to me to describe Machinedrum's music like that.

i hope he returns to the rooms sound at some point, has the hard driving beats of juke without the reliance on 808s

OK, does anyone know of any other music that sounds like this?

This is exactly the kind of stuff I'm looking for - I see boomkat suggests "early DMZ" as being similar, but I would really appreciate it if anyone can suggest artists, albums, whatever.

And I think the title is great. And appropriate. A lot better than some froufrou "Theories of Megalomania in a Time of Reckoning" type shit.

I just listened to sound samples of this. I would recommend africa hitech's album 93 million miles and like tracks 5-10 of sully's album carrier if you haven't heard them.

the africa hitech album i bookmarked and meant to obtain, but sort of forgot/put it off, and will seek it out now... i've never heard of sully though, so I will definitely check them out. Thanks a lot, I appreciate it!

I never got the hype around Sully's album, it was good not great though. Africa Hitech's is proper though, IDM meets dubstep.

I will second Sully, one of my favorite sleeper albums from last year.
