Question about "mediafire.im"

Has anyone seen this lately?

I usually use mediafire when I'm downloading something, and lately during Google searches I see a bunch of "mediafire.im" results popping up.

I clicked on one to check it out; it purports to take you to an actual download site, and the file names and sizes look legit, but I'm wondering if there's some extra unsavory characteristic that comes with "mediafire.im."
