It has a mini (1/8 inch) mic input. For that price, you most likely wont find anything with an xlr input.

the Lumix G series have a jack input

 

although I must say the mic's on my trusty TS3(TZ7) can take loud volumes better than my dedicated Edirol recorder, perfect for gigs
