Split the track in reason into two channels, one with distortion and delay. Then exported to ableton. All sounds sourced from original recording.

And by referring to Kompakt as I did, I was referring to Gas and their annual Pop Ambient compilation.

Thanks a lot guys. Should I put an album of stuff like this on bandcamp? Would you listen to it every day if the cover was trendy enough?

Loved it. Just my cup of joe.

The pop ambient series over all is hit and miss, and the cover art is hilarious, but, especially on the 2006 edition, there have been some seriously staggering tracks that have changed my life, namely:

and from 2002, listen to sommersonnenschein by novisad if you are so inclined:

if you don't know novisad, it's definitely something to look into. some of the most honest, beautiful music, on a biosphere level.

thank's again gents.

Very beautiful. In response your question of should you make an album like this: I personally can only listen to one ambient track or two at a time, rarely can an ambient album keep my attention. Now you combine the ambient piano beauty with shoegaze guitars and Flying Lotus sounding percussion or something I would be on board. I need more than slow chords to keep my attention for an entire album personally.

Jk, the track is beautiful.
