I saved some of the ones from the 2009 Amsterdam show but none of these had the footage you mentioned, any idea when this set was? might help

This is the only show he's done it at to my knowledge, and I don't think Aphex Twin was involved.

I think I know exactly the one you mean - It mixes up bits from Flex and/or Rubber Johnny and after quite a bit of quite grizzly WW2 footage shows the audience (Mostly Japanese people IIRC) all looking shit scared !
