soundwave
can anyone reccomend a decent but cheapish midi drum pads i.e. to be used with drumsticks not interested in on board sounds just a decent reponse and perhaps some velocity curves to taylor to playing style Rolands are nice but Alesis are cheaper also is it worth getting 2nd hand or will used ones be worn out and twatted as such? Guest Promo
I got my sis an Alesis Performance Pad for her last birthday which she uses to practice her drums on. Its fun I will say that and it can take a battering. modey
I had the Alesis DM5 kit at one point, but sold it because I didn't like it. Might be suitable for what you want to do but I found the pads were a bit too clicky. I guess you're not really going to get much better at that price though!
