I'm new to drum&bass, but what I've heard of Icicle is just incredibly good. And he just put out his first full album recently, as far as I know.

o00o - look for some of Icicle's shows on RinseFM. They are very, very enjoyable.

I haven't even heard of Phace and Misanthrop, but I will now be seeking out.
