Guest ansgaria
I stumbled upon this lad, Dominic Hailstone, who apparently did the creature effects for the 'Come to Daddy' video (I assume it's the tall, screaming one) "The Eel" http://vimeo.com/2089565 Be sure to watch it through to the end. This had me making strange faces even more than "Rubber Johnny" did back when I first saw it. It's so unbelievably nightmarish. And done with 300 bucks. Shit. Good night. I was reading about Necro Deathmort's most recent record 'Music of Bleak Origion' and he was credited for doing the artwork and a few other things were referenced. "Physical copies of Music of Bleak Origin come in a heavy-duty plastic sleeve with a seen-to-be-believed, double-sided 18-panel poster on woodfree stock by Dominic Hailstone (Mogwai Batcat and Isis Holy Tears videos; Aphex Twin Come to Daddy creature effects), and are limited to 1000 copies only." http://www.distracti...=article&id=129 Edited March 29, 2012 by Hasselbalch Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/72766-the-eel-2004-by-dominic-hailstone/#findComment-1787116 Share on other sites

blackdust
The music video he did for Isis a few years ago is pretty rad as well, guy falling from a building and his face smashing on the floor. Id find a link but I'm on my phone. This dom and Alex rutterford should put out more work!
