Lotus Plaza - Spooky Action At A Distance

This is pretty great. Lotus Plaza's last album wasn't particularly memorable, but the sound has really opened up on this. If you liked any of Lockett Pundt's Deerhunter work (Desire Lines, Agoraphobia) you'll probably like this.

Seeing Lotus Plaza at the end of this month, yay!

I'll be seeing them in seattle.

I am starting to like Lockett's side project material more than Bradford's.

I've been meaning to check this out, just heard of Lotus Plaza a few weeks ago. Desire Lines is one of my favorites on Halcyon Digest.

Eveningness is insanely catchy. Bradford and Lockett keep getting better and poppier in their own way. I bet the next Deerhunter album will be righteous.
