Has anyone else noticed how commercials abuse the standard alarm sound?

 

As in, the put it in at random, irrelevant moments to grab your attention if you happen to have an alarm with that stereotypical sound

 

It's quiet and barely noticeable but once you notice it you can't not notice it again and will ALWAYS immediately start paying attention to that commercial if you were multitasking

It's a standard sample in Logic so that might explain it.
