Google's guesswork is going too far

Seriously, what the fuck?

I was using the Image search to find a picture of someone squinting with their eyes, like they're trying to see something far away. So I search "squinting really hard".

And, naturally, Google tries to correct me...

I mean, are there really so many people searching for porn on the internet that this would happen? How the fuck could you see someone looking for "squinting", a perfectly valid word, and just assume it's a typo for this stuff?

I've actually noticed this kinda thing happening for a while. So here's a thread for ridiculous "corrections" made by Google.

That's what I thought, but I've never used those keywords before. I'm not even particularly into that stuff.

thats hilarious. they won't "finish" certain words when you type them but they'll do this

When i type Board of Canada google suggests a website that helps you deal with depression.

You must have safe search off since mine didnt do that. It corrected to squirting but didn't show pron. Saef search off it does but its differen.t

Use Mozilla Firefox Stage Page instead. It uses Google as a search engine but it disables active guesswork.
