absolutely agreed. i actually hadn't heard of the Congos before this collab, but i'm definitely inclined to hear what their other, more "authentic"(?) sounding music is.

I've only got the heart of the congos deluxe edition, but it's awesome. the vocals seem pretty unique (not that I'm a reggae expert), and lee perry's production on the album is probably the lushest I've heard from him.

Heart Of Congos is one of the best Reggae albums I`ve ever heard. Great songs and Lee Perry`s quality Psychedelic production. Essential.
