Very nicely done! Good to hear that the late 1990's IDM style is still alive and kicking. I like the change-up around the 3 minute mark as well. If it were me I'd probably amp up the distortion and the beat-fuckery near the end before the outro, but that may not be what you were going for stylistically so GREAT JOB!
