So now I can get this, the Fenchurch top, a Northface jacket, dye my hair like them, go get an SH101, CS60, Grundig reel-to-reel, Akai S1000, sample Hair, Strawberry Fields and Sesame St, Move to "not far from Edingurgh", drive around listening to Stevie Wonder and be just like BOC.

Mmm I don't think they dye their hair really ;) This sounds very un-BoC-ish, but I think they use hairgel extensively, so try that instead. And besides, you should include a Nissan, a Revox reel-to-reel, a Rotel hi-fi and some other gear to the list as well - it turns out a bit expensive to be like BoC I think.

And actually, they are getting a whole lot bigger here. Mainly because of me

Perryh, where do you find your BOC tshirt?, I cant find any at all.

Those 'More Chi' shirts are pretty nice. I like the logo. I'd buy one for that reason & not because one of the guys from BoC is wearing one in a snap!! Also, I buy most of my T's from Next because I fu***ng hate shopping for clothes & their 'Medium' size fit me really well ......... But the designs on Next T's are fu***ng hedious!! Thus, I'm buying a 'More Chi' T & making my own BoC T! Sorted ;-)

I take great interest in everything related to oscar synths, so I have of course heard your imposcar patches :)

I like to study patches when I'm bored, always gives me ideas for my own stuff that I jot down in my notepads.

Cool. Any particular fav's, off the top of your head, from the 3 banks I have on the GMedia site? I did start working on a 4th bank. Been a bit slow though because sometimes I feel like I've reached a bit of a block with the ImpOSCar ......... then a moment of clarity as I create a really interesting & nice new sound & realise what a top draw VST it was & very much still is. I was going to move over to the Mini Monsta & concentrate my efforts on that but I've not done that yet. Looks like it has some amazing possibilities. Not sure about that Meta patch idea though. Sounds like a bit of a pain in the arse that .........

......... Anyway ........ Erm ........... T-Shirts! Yeah. Bought a couple of very nice un-official T's from what's his face on the Boards of Canada Yahoo! Group. Not really up for the whole marketing/merchandise thing myself but I want to display the name of Boards of Canada wirth pride ...... So I'm making my own BoC T. I'm currently after the full size desktop bundled with the TCH EP digital release via Bleep.com. I'll get that printed onto a nice white T. Anyone have that desktop image by the way?

i made my own shirt... 3 black hexagons with boc in them on a blue shirt. it looked kind of like what was on the old website when the blue window came up. i gave essines the logo i made and then i lost it. i lost the shirt too come to think of it.
