lol so I got some monitors from 1995 from a Goodwill

the monitors mix sounds too loud and the kick drum is a bit distorted.... is that what the "lol" is referring to? i actually don't ever use my monitors for the final mix - i like arranging and creating the track using them, but for final mixdown and mastering i put my headphones on.
