good 2 player games for the PC

Alright,

What's a decent game 2 people can play on the same PC? Guess a strategy game would be good or something? Basically I'm going on a caravan holiday with my girlfriend and if the weather sucks I don't want to be stuck in all day and turn into Jack Nicholson from The Shining through complete tedium.

Well, me and my mates pounded the Worms series on PC for years back in the day. Good times. The last one I played was Worms World Party which was superb. There are newer ones but haven't tried them.

They're hot seat games but fast paced enough so that people don't get bored when it's not their turn. And there's always surprise elements that can turn the situation upside down suddenly plus a sudden death mode if the level starts to take too long.

i heard scrabble is pretty good but i'm not sure if they have it for pc

Well, it's not out yet, releasing in a few days now.. How about Diablo 3?

Diablo games are a blast with friends.

Shank and Shank 2, great co-op. They are inspired by Dishwasher: The Dead Samurai which is really fun too but it's only on 360 as far as I know.

Otherwise, Worms or Hedgewars (free) is the way to go.

It's only a laptop just to watch films on, I'm not completely mental. This is going to be in Cornwall and when it comes to the English weather I'm taking no chances.
