Chris Cunningham's take on NY is Killing Me -

The Chris Cunningham video is the most perfect matching I've ever seen from him (apart from his musicvideos). Too bad we will never get another cut of such an work dued to Gil's death but this video is really touching.

Yeah Im pretty sure everyone here has heard of him. Especially considering how popular the Jamie xx rework album was.

I find it very eerie how he seemed to predict his own death with "New York Is Killing Me" ... also his track "The Revolution Will Not Be Televised" pretty much was the pre-cursor to modern hip-hop.
