I really can't tell you what it is other than a lizard with a partially regenerated tail. Can you crop the original photo to give a better, closer look at the lizard without pixellating it? Can you share some other types of clues, as someone else mentioned, like where the fuck you saw it in the first place? You know, there are thousands and thousands of lizard species in the world, I don't know them all. Gah.
