Sherlock - BBC

So, I reckon this is one of the better things to hit TVs in the last few years.

It's apples-to-oranges, but it also more or less crushes the Guy Ritchie version.

So true. Haven't seen the second movie yet, but Moriarty in this series is incredibly good! Well, all the actors are good. See this!!!

Enjoy. I preferred the first series to the second, but yeah, it's better than Ritchie's version anyway.

Also, I just saw the trailer for Johnny Lee Miller's version of Sherlock Holmes in modern New York. Elementary, I think. With Lucy Liu. It looks fine, and it's supposed to be a completely different franchise and story than this Cumberbatch version... but the UK version still looks better.

I've read nothing but good things about this, is high on my list of must view.

love it, even though second season was a huge let down. whole adler subplot was ridiculous.

BC is the best Sherlock Holmes ever, hands down. Great art direction. Great acting and accurate reinterpretations of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's original stories. Cannot wait for series 3!

I like Ben Whishaw, too. The Hour is a bit cheesy, but also fun.

Cumberbatch ain't bad, but Jeremy Brett rules the role.

Love the whole thing. At the end of series 1 I felt a bit let down as Moriarty seemed like a camped-up Graham Norton, but I think he comes into his own in series 2. Prefer the first three episodes though, much tighter stories, although BC is awe-inspiring thoughout.

Mark Gatiss involved. Nuff said, go watch.
