I remember Brookside, it used to be our "family soap". It was often so bad it was good. Hollyoaks seems to be on an equal wavelength these days.

I just had to look up his name to remind me, but I sat behind Greg Shadwick on a flight out to Val D'Isere when I was a young lad. Me and my sister were well honoured. Unfortunately his on show daughter was not with him (Jennifer Ellison)
