I'm not a big gambler, I think I've probably put about £50 into my Ladbrokes account this year and I'm currently on £20. I sometimes bet if I'm going to a game on first scorer (and there's good value in the lower leagues because the big bookies don't follow it so well) but most of my bets are pretty sensible ones to keep my account ticking over.

To be fair, £20 is a big bet to me. I've never gone any higher than £5. I like to spread my odds.
