Online ballot

Does anyone know of an online balloting system that is quick and simple to use?

For example, 8 people will move into a house, the rooms are varying in floor space and brilliance. A bllot must be done to make the selection as fair as fair can be. They cannot all be in the same place at once prior to moving in so via the medium of the internet is the only way. The idea is to choose 8 random countries that will compete in the Olympics, enter them into the ballot, then allow each inmate to choose a country at random. The final ranking of the the countries will be the order in which people will choose a room.

Does anyone know of a site that can do this for me?
