How do I get high quality sounds?

Hello, I am wondering how to acquire high quality sounds (drums mainly). I use ableton and want to know how to get a really great arrangement of drums sounds or how to make them. High quality effects information would be joyous as well. Any information would be appreciated, even if it is about your pet turnip.
