This is making work super bearable today.

Man. I've been trying to get into LTJ Bukem since 96-97 and, for whatever reason, I just can't really get into his "intelligent jungle" sound stylings... and I'm the biggest jungle head I know.

Sometimes it's cool, but really, it usually just makes me itch for a crazy rinse-out. Like it's always setting up something that never delivers.

Ah well. Just me.

I think this music works best when the dj's presence is as subtle as possible. The mix cd on Logical Progressions vol 1 is a good example of this kind of music. The MC's were always awkward. great tracks on this tape.
