pretty obvious that radiohead said they got influenced by these bands and whatnot, but i would just like to point out some more obvious influences:

"Latent Quarter" has a sort of similar tone as "Like Spinning Plates"

"Packt Like Sardines in a Crushd Tin Box" seems to have it's drum effects like "Draun Quarter".

got anymore sort-of similarities?

I always felt like Packt Like Sardines in a crushed tin box bore more similarity to Under BOAC from LP5.

I have the strange feeling that I've forgotten all of this before.

I don't hear any sonic similarity (mood and other emotional effects notwithstanding) between any of those tracks. struggling to think of any comparisons really. although I think the electronic component of their sound relates most to Ae's LP5 and EP7 period, more than any other period.

semi-related: my friend's boyfriend is a self-declared huge Radiohead fan who names Amnesiac as his favourite album of theirs, but he doesn't like "electronic shit". how does that work?

Agreed, the electric component of Radiohead's music is very much an LP5/EP7 thing, with some ambient thrown in as well.

Yes, that is weird. Maybe because electronic is prevalent in a lot of music nowadays, that he sees electronic as purely being like trance, house, etc. Maybe ask him about his opinion of Kid A. While Amnesiac is a weird puppie of an album (yet still good), Kid A is often regarded as more impenetrable and groundbreaking in an electronic-rock type of way. Amnesiac arguably has more traditional guitar/drums sound in it than Kid A as well.
