Help me find a song...

I can't remember if there's already a topic for this kind of stuff...if so, point me gently to it please :)

So, i'm trying to find a song, and all i can remember are the followings :

-i remember i saw the videoclip on Youtube, and it was black&white

-electro-clash, post-punk act, but not from the 80's, more from 90's/00's

-the singer is a woman

-the main theme of the song is played by a saxophone

-the tempo of the song was kind of fast, i say 140-150 BPM
