iRig Keys Mini Keyboard Controller For iPad, iPhone, Mac & PC

IK Multimedia has introduced iRig KEYS, a portable universal MIDI controller keyboard for iPhone, iPod touch, iPad and Mac/PC.

iRig KEYS connects directly to the iOS device 30 pin dock connector or the USB port on Mac/PC. It features 37 velocity-sensitive mini-keys — 3 full octave range plus one note, that takes up minimal space when used on a desktop, and can easily fit in a backpack or a carry-on bag.

iRig KEYS is Core MIDI and USB class compliant for a plug-and-play experience both with iOS devices or Mac/PC, with no additional app, software or drivers to be installed to have it go and running.

Price and availability

Rig Keys will be shipping in Fall 2012 for $99.99/€74.99 (ex. taxes).

Gave one of these bad boys a walk around the course during the production of the new Bognor Pony Boyz LP MUCKED OUT IN FULL. Pure fucking sugar lumps. Did not spread a plate even when things got serious with MC Adelbaagz's undulating guest track Ain't No Fun (if the ponies can't have none). And what's more, at only five hands long it'll be perfect for jamming on in the horsebox while on tour.

Thank god they made this, my laptop and midi keyboard are shit and process things too fast.

It's usually not indicative of it being a quality product either, example; all of the Icon products.

Yeah true but in fairness IK Multimedia have been around a bit longer than the Ipad/Iphone.
