Manual - Awash

Great news for fans of Jonas Munk, a.k.a. Manual. On the November 6th, he will be releasing a mini-LP, Awash.

It will be released on CD, LP, and digitally, with the LP's being limited to 300 pressings. You can listen to a track from the LP, Glide, below:

Sounds nice enough, but nothing tops 'The North Shore' album for me - no other Manual album comes close.

Drowned In Light is his best so far, personally speaking.

Confluence and Bajamar are great. I haven't messed with his non-ambient material in years though. Will wait for the next one.

'Into Forever' with Icebreaker International was pretty good too if memory serves. Might have to dig it out for a listen, it's been a while.

Looking forward to this it seems like Manual really is back to form. Excellent.

Anyone else liking this release? I think it's a really nice mix of his older and newer styles.

Sadly, I think this release sounds really tired.

Only just listening to this now (thought I'd lost my downloaded zip purchase).

Liking this a lot, and I'm with Green Kingdom in that it seems like a really nice blend of old and new sounds. Listening to Floating World as I type this, which is gorgeous.

Like it. Really dreamy. Just like the album cover ^^

Two of the tracks on the album is some of the best songs he ever created, go figure.
