Sounds like a dream show. I'd like to attend a Touch event one day.

Sounds amazing. Saw a free concert with Jeck, BJ Nilsen and Chris Watson myself. Jeck has such a zen like approach towards live music performance...quite moving to see how involved he gets with his music really. Much more inspiring then most ambient performances i've seen.

i saw Fennesz twice but neither Jeck, BJ Nilsen nor Biosphere. From what i saw on youtube, Philip Jeck seemed to be very humble, totally lost in his music/loops. there's another touch radio broadcasted this year with Philip Jeck (he's starting at mid show, around '30min) :

thanks for posting, jeck is awesome! glad to see the love in this thread.

cool to hear him talk about his techniques (@ fifty minutes in). Interesting that he uses MD disks of pre-recorded elements.

Heard a bit of Vinyl Coda IV in there, good album of his.

vinyl coda III is excellent, tho. great set, you can really unfurl in it. I once read that the vinyl coda series are all radio broadcasts.
