Fruity Delay similar VST.

Hi guys, been listening to my old stuff i made in Fruity Loops 3 a very long time ago. I immediately remembered how i loved using the simple Fruity Delay, with the most basic parameters and easy in use.

Its nice having complicated modern delay plugins, and i use quite a lot of them in Cubase. but honestly, many times i i wish i had that simple Fruity Delay plugin:

Control Parameters:

1. Input

2. Feedback

3. Cutoff

4. Tempo

5. Steps (this is a parameter im desperately looking for, most delays dont have it, or have this function in more complex way to operate)

6. Norm/Inv/Ping Pong

This is all Im looking for. Do you people know any simple VST plugins that look like this or are very similar to this? Steps parameter is important for me as it can control how many repeats you want as delay, from 1-16 times. i remember it was also very useful to set Steps parameter as "1", and use it on hats to make various grooves and syncopation. An additional Dry/Wet control would be great too if there is any. Thanx in advance guys.

Yeah I've never seen that feature before, it sure would be useful though !

i think if you've got fruity loops installed already (with the delay etc) then you can point your DAW of choice to scan the fruity plugins folder (somewhere inside the Image Line directory in program files) and they will just appear as a plugin. i think....don't quote me on that lol

The Juice Pack has only Delay 2 which is a different delay to Delay 1, and dsnt have the Steps feature.

Thanx for the tip, at least im going try this out, maybe it works. I will post later to say if i had any luck with this.

What exactly steps stand for? How do that feature work?

Im sorry guys, very stupid of me, i totally forgot which delay i used for this and opened up my old fruity. Its not the Fruity Delay. Its this, the inbuilt delay

the fruity has.

Ahh, I see. So it`s kind of a very simple multitap delay with evenly spaced out taps...cool. Don`t know of any other plugs that can do it in such a way though...which is wierd, because such a simple feature does makes sense.

yes, unimaginable, such a simple feature not present on a delay device sounds weird, its sooo convenient for many occasions. but rewiring fruity with Cubase only for this delay is not worth it.

Soundtoys Echoboy is the greatest delay ever BTW IMHO
