I'm trying to get into this guys music. Haven't heard much of his music just yet.

So what would you say is his best album? And where should I start (he has released quite alot of albums).

And how highly do you rate him?

I like him, he's good

was he on mp3.com waaaay back in the day? the name sounds very familiar.

From what I've heard from him so far (I Remember - Translations Of Mørketid and The Art of Dying Alone), he's defiently a very good ambient artist. But I feel like it maybe lacks a bit of personality.

I just got a bunch more of his stuff in the mail. I feel like quality control was a slight concern there for a while, back when he was releasing a zillion albums, but there are gems everywhere. My fav is definitely still White Clouds Drift On And On.

i like this as well.

bvdub creates delicate, beautiful musics that have lodged themselves firmly between my ears. i find myself sitting back, more and more frequently, while listening, in a state of complete wonder and disbelief at the sheer beauty that i am experiencing. he is surly one of my very favourite musicians right now. some may say he has produced more then he should in such a short period of time, but i'm well satisfied with most of what i've heard. plees continue.

His album on Echospace [detroit] as Brock Van Wey is great, but you get the gist of his music once you listen to a few of his albums.

he is rapidely becoming one of my favorite electronica artist

Home is some of his best stuff imo.

I love his instrumental tracks. Simple, looong tracks with nice atmospheres. The intrusion remixes of "White clouds..." and "A Heart Of Darkness (Intrusion Reprise)" are great too! Get everything he made between 2007 to 2009.
