A taster of my new Ep - THE SUB

lately i have been making some kick ass music, by actually using my keyboard skills rather then programe in every note. not a 303 in site either [yet?].

The Ep will be released in May for a free download, but i will be giving away a few copys tonight at the custard factory!!

This album is a Maritime Electro Ep, Which is a Submarine Concept Album. Almost Score like..

Here is a Track to wet your appitite. i've shown Iain C and Kaen this Ep so far and they both loved it. lets hope you do.

this is the slowest song [hence the love theme] on the Ep, at 121bpm. the rest are driving at 152bpm +

any feedback would be wicked!

The Rest of the Album will be recorded this week and Released in the first week of May.

Hmm, sounds alright, nothing grabbed me that much, melody is abit weak and at points out of tune, some canny effects on the pads in play though. Drums need something on them when you dont have the high hat going on, sound really really dry and static. Hope the rest of the ep is better.

verything iz luvly abou thiz tune, EXCEPT, u touched the wrong keys!!!!!!!!!!! i mean, it doesn´t make any sense to me liek thiz, i guess i don´t get it...

you used the perfect snare on that, i think you could do more with it (the snare) otherwise you need to lower the volume of it a tiny bit (afterall the melody is the real attaction in the song). thumbs up.

Nice. The melody bothered me slightly towards the end with its randomness, but all over good.

its a certainty deal when the keys are the keys that are played, no need to play harsh on that.... is good:: the sounds are crisp and played to their potiential for what they are.... ill give the whole album a run through when its out ...

This sounds right up my alley. Can't wait for the full thing.

as mentioned before, it is a bit dissonant in the end. but on the whole it is good.

nice drum programming. simple, effective little tune. i am looking forward to the finished album

hmmm....i thought the 1st half could be left out (it really was too sparse and didnt go anywhere)...i agree with the comments about the dissonance...still the sounds are lush once everything kicks in....i think the 2nd half should be the 1st n u should add some more to it...
