Winter

Hi there,

I made a piece for piano and wanted to share. It´s called winter. The snow is falling down. Like that. And so.

i like it! if it was mine id throw in some background noises and some atmospheric action. definitely has a winter feel, good job.

^This! And just for the sake of ambience and depth in the soundscape.

This is not recorded on a real piano, is it? I wish it was played on a slightly detuned upright piano to make it more raw and organic sounding. You should look into some of those awesome Kontakt piano plugins such as the ones Imperfect Samples make. They would work great for this tune.

Yes, I only did midi notes and kontakt did the sound. I selected the Grand Piano. When I do a revision I´ll try to do it with a different piano and more soundscapes, let´s see how it turns out.
