pneumatic solenoids

It would be cool if you could buy pneumatic solenoids triggered by a trigger or gate voltage. you could mount it to a snare drum or a metal anything , close mike it. Triggers sent from a modular could do some cool stuff i imagine

Ya I want to eventually build a big rig of church bells, triggered by midi. Generative church bells FTW. :)

BTW there are electric solenoids that are fairly cheap. They are used in pin-ball machines. :)
